Value Engineering from our perspective

As a M&E contracting company, we are making a general work for engineering evaluation and systematic improvement to cover all our working sites. We can summarize our aim as determining the relationship of the generated gains with Design/Implementation/Purchasing etc. by utilizing the latest and best applications on Project technique and design aspects and then to include “Lessons Learned” to the Tender department from these information.

The last phase shows up as the evaluation and negotiating the commercial dimension of the value added to the project. Under the light of the commercial conditions which FIDIC (Federation Iternationale des Ingenieurs Conseils / International Federation of Consulting Engineers) etc. standard contract forms bring, in order to maintain win-win principle between the parties, we aim to bring the value added to the project to the forefront.
