AnelEnerji Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in which Anel Elektrik has a 70.5 % shareholding, provides investment and technical consulting for solar power plants as well as project and system design, plant installations, license procurement and operation & maintenance services. The company also develops roof installation solutions for homes.
AnelYapı Gayrimenkul A.Ş. (AnelYapı) was established primarily for the construction and management of Anel Business Center in Ümraniye, where Anel Group headquarters is located. The high-tech, smart and environmentally friendly Anel Business Center is AnelYapı’s most important project. The building features photovoltaic (PV) solar panels on its roof and terraces, which meet a moderate volume of the building’s energy needs. It also features a water recycling system.
AnelYapı continues to manage the 19-story Anel Business Center, which has a leasable area of 21,627.5 square meters and a parking lot for 450 vehicles. Besides Ümraniye Anel Business Center, AnelYapı’s portfolio also includes an office in Koşuyolu.

Executive Board
Rıdvan Çelikel graduated from Electrical Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University. He began his career at Öneren Engineering in 1975. After working as a partner at Aktek Elektrik between 1983-1985, Çelikel established Anel Elektrik in 1986. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Anel Group companies. Rıdvan Çelikel also serves as Founding Member at ETMD, the Electrical Installation Engineers Association.
Avniye Mukaddes Çelikel graduated from Chemical Engineering Department of Istanbul University. She has served as a Member of the Board of Anel Group companies since 1986. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of the Board and the Support Units Group President. In addition, she is the President of Çelikel Education Foundation.
Merve Şirin Çelikel Tombuloğlu received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Technische Universitaet Berlin in 2008, and her MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD University in 2012 as a scholarship student. In November 2008, she started her professional career as a Project Engineer at Hexagon Global Energy, a company that operates in alternative energy investments. Between 2009 and 2011, Merve Şirin Çelikel Tombuloğlu worked as a Senior Tender Engineer at the Wind Power Department and as Project Quality Manager at the Tender Department of Siemens Energy. She joined Anel Group in 2011 and currently serves as Member of the Board of Anel Group companies.
Ahmet Bülent Batukan received his degree in Mathematics Department of Middle East Technical University in 1976 and a Master’s degree in Business Management Department of Gazi University. Between 1976 and 1981, Batukan worked as Assistant Manager in charge of Ankara Regional Sales at Koç Burroughs Computer Systems. He joined Saniva (Sperry Univac) in 1981 as Ankara Regional Manager and then took the position of Istanbul Major Computers Department Manager. Between 1988 and 1991, Batukan served as General Manager at Kavala Group Teleteknik. In 1991, he joined Setus as Founding Partner and served as General Manager until 1998. After serving as Board Member at Setkom from 1998 to 2005, Batukan joined Anel Group in 2005. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Anel Group companies.
Tolga Tutum graduated from Yıldız Technical University Electrical Engineering Department, and completed his master’s degree at the same department and university. He began his career at Cegelec AEG as Site Engineer in 1997. Between 2000-2005, he worked as Project Manager at Novatek Ltd. Tolga Tutum who has been working at Anel Group since 2005, has worked as project manager, project director, country manager in various countries and as Deputy General Manager. As of June 2020, he has been assigned as Construction and Engineering Director and Member of Board.
During his studentship in Business Administration and Management Department of University of Cologne, Oğuz Tezel started to work in Siemens in 1985. He took different responsibilities in domestic and overseas during his 33.5 years of career in Siemens. He is experienced mainly in energy production, distribution and transmission. He wrote many articles and established conferences about this subject. In addition to his role as The Head of Energy Management of Siemens Turkey, he also served as Executive Committee Member and Executive Board Member. Oğuz Tezel also served as Executive Board Member of Gebze Organized Industrial Zone until May 2019. Oğuz Tezel meets all the requirements defined in the Corporate Governance Principles set out by the Capital Markets Board for Independent Board Membership. He is not affiliated with Anel Elektrik or its subsidiaries.
Emin Ümit Demirhan, who took up duties and responsibilities in accounting, marketing and sales after his higher education in the Department of Business and Statistics at the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University, was the co – founder and General Manager at Diacan Graphic and Printing Company between 1992 and 2017. From 2010 to 2019, he was the editor of Bas-Men (Association of Printmakers) magazine. Emin Ümit Demirhan meets all the requirements defined in the Corporate Governance Principles set out by the Capital Markets Board for Independent Board Membership. He is not affiliated with Anel Elektrik or its subsidiaries.
