Rıdvan Çelikel graduated from Electrical Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University. He began his career at Öneren Engineering in 1975. After working as a partner at Aktek Elektrik between 1983-1985, Çelikel established Anel Elektrik in 1986. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Anel Group companies. Rıdvan Çelikel also serves as Founding Member at ETMD, the Electrical Installation Engineers Association.

Avniye Mukaddes Çelikel graduated from Chemical Engineering Department of Istanbul University. She has served as a Member of the Board of Anel Group companies since 1986. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of the Board and the Support Units Group President. In addition, she is the President of Çelikel Education Foundation.

After graduating from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Saltuk Ertop received his master’s degree in Financial Law from the same university and MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School.

Saltuk Ertop, who started his career as a freelance lawyer, later held various positions in the legal department of Alcatel in Turkey and Belgium. Saltuk Ertop transferred to the field of Human Resources in 1999 and held the positions of Human Resources Director in Turkey and EAME Region, Global Career Development director in Alcatel HQ (France) and Vice President of HR in South Asia Region in India. Returning to Turkey in 2008, Ertop worked as HR and Corporate Affairs Director at Anadolu Efes and later as Sanko Holding Human Resources President. He is still the managing partner of Monitor Group Consulting.

Saltuk Ertop, is married and has one child, speaks English and French, and serves as a member of various boards of directors and non-governmental organizations.

During his studentship in Business Administration and Management Department of University of Cologne, Oğuz Tezel started to work in Siemens in 1985. He took different responsibilities in domestic and overseas during his 33.5 years of career in Siemens. He is experienced mainly in energy production, distribution and transmission. He wrote many articles and established conferences about this subject. In addition to his role as The Head of Energy Management of Siemens Turkey, he also served as Executive Committee Member and Executive Board Member. Oğuz Tezel also served as Executive Board Member of Gebze Organized Industrial Zone until May 2019. Oğuz Tezel meets all the requirements defined in the Corporate Governance Principles set out by the Capital Markets Board for Independent Board Membership. Mert Yazıcıoğlu completed his academic education with a bachelor’s degree in Management
Engineer from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA degree from Istanbul Technical
University. He started his career at Koç-American Bank.

Joining the Koç Group in 1989, he first became involved in the Koç-American Bank
Management Trainne. In 1990, he worked in the Koçbank Treasury Department until 1998. In
1998, he continued his duty as Koçbank Assistant General Manager responsible for Treasury
until 2006. Between 2006 and 2019, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for
Treasury, Assistant General Manager responsible for Private Banking and Wealth Management
Department, and Assistant General Manager responsible for Retail Sales Department,
respectively, at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası. Between 2019-2020, he served as the Advisor to the
Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kıraça Holding. Mert Yazıcıoğlu meets all the
requirements defined in the Corporate Governance Principles set out by the Capital Markets
